Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: The San Francisco Poster Syndicate (SFPS) and Clarion Alley Mural Project (CAMP) provides this website (sfpostersyndicate.com) in support of its charitable and educational missions to support and produce socially-engaged and aesthetically innovative public art, locally and globally, and to bring art and design to many different people’s movements in hopes that their message can be heard and seen more loudly by creating and screen printing original images, continuing the rich history of posters as a form of political messaging. By accessing the SFPS website, you accept without limitation or qualification these terms and conditions. SFOS may revise these terms and conditions at any time, which revision shall bind you. Any case, controversy, suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, in connection with, or related to this Agreement shall be brought in ay Federal or State court located in San Francisco County and the State of California, and the parties hereby waive any objection that they may have to personal jurisdiction in these courts.Entire agreement: These Terms and Conditions are the complete statement of the agreement of the parties with respect to the subject hereof and supersede all prior agreements and understandings between the parties hereto with respect to the subject hereof. In order to be binding, any amendment or modification of this Agreement must be effected by an instrument in writing signed by the parties.
